Product Overview
Persistent organic pollutants (POPs) like dioxins, furans, and PCBs represent some of the most challenging contaminants in modern environmental management. Their chemical stability, low vapor pressure, and tendency to adsorb onto particulates make them resistant to conventional treatment.
DIOSORB-S is our response to this challenge. Developed through a proprietary activation and surface modification process, this specialty carbon features an enhanced mesopore structure that captures POPs more effectively than standard micropore-dominated carbons. The surface chemistry is tuned to promote strong adsorption of planar aromatic compounds—the structural class that includes dioxins and PCBs.
