Manufactured from premium bituminous coal through carbonization, steam activation, and extended acid washing, it achieves a pH of 5–8 while maintaining an iodine adsorption value exceeding 950 mg/g and methylene blue above 160 mg/g.

This granular carbon serves ultra-pure water, beverage processing, and point-of-entry systems where the alkaline pH of standard coal carbons would require downstream correction.
